• Delivery time is variable, 2 to 6 business days within country, 2 to 14 days to foreign countries.

• No refunds are offered. Only defective product will be offered exchange or store credit.
• Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the date you placed your order.
• It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we received your product.

• In a rare occasion, if you received a defective or incorrect item inside the parcel, please notify us and simply return the item FOR EXCHANGE within 7 days after the day received. We will send a replacement item in good condition to you if stock is available. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and insurance.
