The CB is wired for a cigerette Lighter Plug. The scanner is a Regency, there isn't a pigtail on the back so I'm not able to test it but I'll bet it works.  The CB is a Sears 40 Channel RoadTalker 40. The fuse is blown.  I didn't have the right size to test. It may not work or it might. This sale is as is, that is why I am starting it so low. It would at least be a good parts radio if not working. The antenna is a Radio Shack, in good shape with the screw on antenna adapter. Good Luck Bidding.
