1-YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY ( accessories not included): All items comes new straight from the factory. We do not do refunds but will replace any faulty items should there be one.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or repaired, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

Most sellers will not be able to match our 30 days exchange policy and will require you the buyer to send the item back to the factory for the factory warranty even after a few days upon buying the item. Most of the time the factories are overseas and it is costly to send them the item and speak a different language. We only require our buyers to send the item to us in the UK should there be one and we will sort it out from here. This too is also difficult to match.

When will i recieve my items?

Being a uk seller, we will send any items bought and paid (verified) before 2 PM each day, mondays to fridays out through our courier service which will reach the customer usually by the next day for UK inland. Items paid after friday 2 pm will be sent out on monday before 2 pm. You can also come for local pick up without any extra cost to you.

What are the methods i can pay for the items?

Why do the some sellers have such high postage costs and what are the likely problems present?

Dear fellow ebayers i would like to share my experience with all regarding buying from sellers with high postage fees or from overseas. Sellers with high postage fees usually have lower selling price which eventually about adds up to the selling price of normal more transparent sellers,and they will tell you that it is because of a add-up of a bunch of 'other' cost thus the high postage. This way the buyer is getting a low product price when it comes to claiming for insurance if the item should get lost during postage. If the item turns out faulty imagine the cost for posting the item back in the case of overseas items. So i would sincerely urge all to buy from your UK sellers with low postage price for your own protection and benefits. Pay for the value of the item not the inflated postage.
