All items will be shipped by UPS. We ship all items within 2 business days of receiving payment. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. A signature is required on all orders over $100

Note to PayPal users: Items can only be shipped to your PayPal confirmed address. Please don't ask us to ship to a non confirmed address. Your request will be denied.

Unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted. Due to fraud on the internet I cannot ship to an unconfirmed address and the bid will be refunded if you cannot provide a confirmed address. Buyer will be responsible for listing charges if a confirmed address is not provided and these charges will be applied in the refund.

Return Policy : All sales are final unless item is significantly not as described. slighly mistreated original boxes are not adequate reason for a return. Some item are opened to check their functionality or to make sure all accesories are there, this does not mean however that they are not new. All items are brand new unless stated in the description. You will find any used descriptions near the start of the description. i do my best to make sure all items are quality and brand new but some minor blemishes might not have been noticed.

In the event the buyer is still not satisfied with the item I can accept a return but a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to the final bid price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Failure to read the description is not adequate reason for a full refund. Any returned item has to be in its original condition or a 30% damaged return item fee will be applied. significantly damaged items will not be accepted for return.

Damaged during shipping requires that the optional insurance be paid for in some items. and the damage has to be reported within 5 days of recieving the item. Failure to report the damage within the 5 day period will not be accepted. In the event of damge during shipping sometimes the shipping company does not work quickly and may take as long as 2 weeks for the claim to go through. All damaged during shipping claims will be fully refunded only when the shipping company approves the payment of the claim
