Auction Sales Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY !
BY PLACING A BID YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment must be received within 7 days of the completion of the auction,
or we will contact the next highest bidder without notification to the original bidder.
All payments must be made via PAYPAL or money order. We will only ship to
confirmed PAYPAL addresses. We will not ship to an unconfirmed PAYPAL address.
We only ship within the Continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii.
A Non-Payer Alert will be issued if the buyer supplies an unconfirmed address with the
payment. In addition we reserve the right to relist the item if payment has not been
received within a 7 day time frame. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable,
no matter what. No refunds will be issued after 3 days of the buyer receiving the item or
if the item was described as being sold "as is". We are not responsible for any software or
operating system problems that may occur with any of the laptops that we sell. We
will only address hardware issues with laptops. All items are shipped 2-5 business days
after receipt of payment. Some items may take up to 10 days for delivery so please
allow for this time frame before contacting us regarding the status of an item. We only
ship DHL ground. DVD's are shipped through Media Mail. Sorry, WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES!
All e-mails are answered MONDAY-THURSDAY, 10AM-4PM, Eastern standard time.
We Do Not Answer E-mails On Weekends Or Holidays!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE MAIL.
If an item received is damaged in shipping the buyer must contact DHL immediately
to start claiming procedures. We strive to give our customers 100% satisfaction, and are
willing to help resolve any problems that might come up within the course of a transaction,
so please contact us before leaving any type of negative feedback. We are not responsible for DVD
discs that become dislodged. The term "as is" means that the seller bears no responsibility
to the actual functioning and/or cosmetic condition of an item, no matter what. Unless otherwise stated,
all items being sold "as is" are untested and are being sold for repair or parts if needed. We are not
responsible for the amount of hours a used battery can hold a charge for for any of our used items. We will
not end an auction early nor disclose a reserve amount, so please do not ask. Please feel free to e-mail
