Testing - We test all items for basic functionality that has been previously opened with the seal open. However, due to the large number of different products we carry, we are not expert’s in the operating specifics for each item. Also, in testing these items, WE ARE USING THE ITEM. For example, we must run at least water cycles through coffee makers, etc. While we try to ensure the items are clean, we carry too many items to spend the time to ensure each item is spotless.
Shipping and Handling – When possible, we use shredded, recycled paper (which is heavier) rather than peanuts as packing. The shipping price is Standard for the entire US so bid accordingly.
· We only ship to the 48 lower US states; we regret that we cannot ship to International Addresses as well as Canada, PO BOXES, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Protectorates and Territories.
· We offer a shipping discount on items that can be shipped together. We cannot combine shipping on items that cannot be shipped in the same box.
· Orders will ship within 3 business days of cleared payments. Shipping time vary depending on your location. Normal shipping times are 3 - 6 business days from shipping origination.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to purchase insurance at $1.70 per $50 you want insured. We will not cover any expenses; make any exchanges or refunds on items damaged during shipping. We will always ensure there are sufficient packaging materials to minimize the chance of shipping damage. Also, we offer USPS Priority-Parcel Post/UPS Ground for a majority of our customers to reduce shipping fees; however you can upgrade your shipping for an additional fee. There is delivery confirmation on every shipment, but that only requires the USPS post office to scan the package at delivery where UPS scans from drop off to delivery.
