The U. S. A. imposes their own customs, duty fees, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped in from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost. The only pick-up location we have is in Concord (Vaughan), just a few blocks north of Toronto in Ontario, Canada. If you would like to schedule a pick-up, please follow the Our Checkout process, where our pick-up address and telephone number will be provided to you. A minimum handling fee of $5.50 USD applies to each item being picked up. This fee is stated on each auction in the yellow box above. We only accept cash as a method of payment for pick-ups.

If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us by phone or e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the D. O. A. guarantee expires.
Once DOA is approved, item will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered.
Returned item should be in the same condition and packaging as it was sent to you.
We will not issue a refund if item was tampered with or tester's sticker was removed.
If DOA will not approved refund will be issued, but not more than the item price.
