Thanks so much for looking. The following are our policies and procedures for placing Auctions, Best Offers, and / or Buy It Now auctions.
We apologize in advance for seeming harsh or strict, but because of some experiences in the past, we have to enforce the following: We appreciate your time in reading this.
We guarantee that the information that we provide in our listings is accurate. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a misrepresentation on our part, we will accept a refund or exchange. This is your choice.
We request that you pay us within 7 days of the completion of your auction. Customers who do not pay will be reported to eBay, and will receive a non-payer strike. 3 strikes and someone can lose their eBay account.
We do charge as accurate an amount as possible for shipping. We DO sometimes charge a little bit more for shipping (only when necessary) when the item requires delicate packing, unique packaging, or the item is oversize or overweight. We are not trying to rip anyone off.
We pride ourselves on FANTASTIC customer service. We answer all emails and correspondence promptly, and employ only the best reps to help you.
We gladly ship to Canada & Abroad, and gladly combine shipping on multiple item purchases.
If we have run out of a certain style or color of an item you want, we will notify you. Please let us know what your 1st & 2nd choices are for the color or style of the item you ordered. Once an order is placed it is packed within the next few minutes, and we therefore cannot cancel an order once it is placed.
You WILL be notified when the item(s) ships. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive one email only.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or delayed by the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or any of the other freight services we use. Additional insurance and / or tracking for the package is always available, and we will gladly add that to the price for you upon request.
Feedback: We have just purchased a very expensive feedback system that will take care of your feedback for you. We try extremely hard to not leave negative feedback, and are very generous with our positives.
