Combined shipping cost is 100% quoted cost for the heaviest item plus an additional 50% of the quoted cost for each extra item won (buyers may manually change shipping total when paying to reflect this discount or contact us for an invoice). Items must be paid for at the same time be eligible for a combined shipping discount. Shipping may not be combined with Media Mail items. Shipping may not be combined for individual items over 10 lbs.
SHIPPING TIME: Due to constraints all items sold are packaged and shipped approximately one or two times weekly.
PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 10 days of auction end.
Buyer must either pay or contact seller within 3 days of auction end.
We accept Paypal, Money Order or Cashiers Check only (absolutely no personal checks). Please include auction # when paying by money order. California residents must add 7.25% sales tax. Santa Clara county transactions must add 8.25% sales tax. DISCLAIMER: California buyers living in areas with higher district taxation must add higher tax rate.
Please note that there may be some dates that we will be unavailable to answer questions or ship due to vacation time. It is foreign buyer’s responsibility to verify that items are permissible to ship to foreign country. Please note that items shipped to foreign countries may be stuck in customs for some period of time. Please allow item expectancy time to be extended for such actions. We are not liable for uninsured items lost or damaged in shipment. Uninsured items may be lost or damaged in the mail, and the buyer assumes all risks. We ship items to the address provided by the buyer at time of payment only. Any re-shipping costs (or lost in transit items) due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the buyer. Any re-shipping costs incurred due to the buyer not claiming any item(s) sent are the responsibility of the buyer. No shipping allowed via buyer’s shipping account. Local pick up only allowed for items over 75 lbs. Items quoted @ first class shipping rate will ship in a padded envelope – the buyer may request boxed priority shipping (at a higher rate). We will not remove bids. We are not able to accommodate any dismantling of items. Payment is accepted in U.S.A. currency only. Payment reminders are automatically sent for all items after 7 days past auction end. All auction items are used unless otherwise specified. Feedback is left after the transaction is complete and both parties are satisfied. We will not be untruthful on any customs forms. If you have a spam filter make sure e-mail regarding this transaction can get through. We are not able to show items during the auction due to the fact that we are not a store front. Customs fees are responsibility of foreign buyers. actual color of item may vary due to camera flash.
Due to shipping service inconsistencies All foreign buyers must include the quoted insurance fee (no exceptions). Tracking information is available for foreign shipping only with global express mail.
