This is a OEM Honda 6 Disc Changer that I took out of my 97 Accord. It comes with the 6 disc cd changer, cage, owners manual, CD cartridge, and bus cable, everything you need. I believe it also fits some civics but primarily depends on the number of pins (this has eight). Also you call your local Honda dealer and tell them the part # 08A06-161-420 and they can check for you. The only bad thing is that i didn't think it would fit into the box so i decided to take off the cage when i was pulling it up it scratched the cd changer, though this is minimal. Good luck!
