I got this information from the company website WWW.Carerehab.com/EMG.html there is also PDF brochure there you can download & read. This is their latest product, and it costs $1300. I called to get a missing wire, they were very nice and sent it to me. You can get electrodes and any needed supplies from them. The unit is battery powered, and comes with a cradle to hold the unit, it also has a belt clip on it. There are three places on the top to plug in wires, one is
labeled "EMG Ref", the middle one is "Input" the one on the right is "Fiber Optic". I did not get the Fiber Optic, and didn't realize that until after I had already called and asked for the missing wire. I didn't want to be a mooch and call again. When you get it, you can call, order some more electrodes, and I'm certain they'll be happy to toss in the fiber optic wire. Also if you don't know about Biofeedback, ask them for a user's manual. In looking it over, EVERYTHING needed for treatment is included. You will get all the necessary leads. The "Fiber Optic" lead is part of an optional software package you can purchase from them.
