Grundig Yacht Boy 400 (Not labeled PE or Professional Edition)
Non-operational, needs repair...
I bought this at a flea market, and the guy told me it worked. Nope, not at all. No physical damage that I can see, probably has not been dropped,
and no apparent water damage, just dead, no-go, non-op, not working,
and needing repair or someone smarter than I am to get it working... Or maybe you have a working one with a bashed up case?
For full specs on a real working unit, I do have the user manual in .pdf format
here. I tried a few different sets of batteries, did some resets, but no go. No LCD, no nothin' at all, no one
home and fully unfunctional, lifeless, moeey muerto, ex, used to be, also note it does not work.
Can you read schematics? Not me! Mumbo jumbo... Look here and here.
Total weight, boxed for shipping rounds up to
3 pounds. Any items I sell which may be considered fragile will be packed
appropriately and I will add $1.00 for all domestic (US) shipments
to help pay for things like shippng materials, delivery confirmation
fees and all that miscellaneous stuff that does add up! Intenational shipments,
I will add $5.00 for having to do customs/export forms and for standing in line at the Post Office.
Given the fragile nature of this item,
insurance must be included.
I assure you this item is as described when it ships, but I can not be responsible
for how it's handled in transit, so if it shows up mashed, mangled or
broken, and insurance is our protection against any incidental damage.
NOTE: I'm a nice guy, and I hate to say this stuff, but if you win the auction, I
expect you to pay. This is not unreasonable. If you do not pay and I have to send you repeated
emails, or if you do not bother to communicate with me, I will have to report you
to eBay and file a dispute, so PLEASE don't bother bidding if you don't intend
to pay or at least communicate. I don't want to be
grumpy seller guy so play by the rules!
