You won't believe the amount of iPods we get that the owner has tried a self repair and broken many other parts in these incredibly fragile devices. We then quote for a repair, and it is more than the cost for us to do the original repair because of all the other damage!
You may see that parts are cheap on Ebay but these tend to be inferior parts that either do not function quite as well as genuine parts or fail quite quickly. We only use BRAND NEW GENUINE iPOD SPARES

Here’s what to do:
Buy the auction, we send you a Message VIA Ebay to our form asking for details about your fault and some personal details and then you send the iPod to us with the form attached.
We will then contact you asap with a diagnosis and price to fix your ipod.
If you agree then we will setup an EBAY AUCTION for you to pay the repair costs including return special delivery. If you feel it is not worth the repair costs then we will setup an EBAY AUCTION for $5.00 to return it to you un-repaired or offer to buy it from you through an EBAY AUCTION.

We also thoroughly check and ensure that all internals, cables, components etc are secure and have not worked loose and are about to cause another ipod failure.
We aim to turn the iPod around and get it in the post to you as soon as possible, there maybe a small period of wait for us to locate and await delivery of the more rare parts if they are required but we will always keep you UPDATED and informed of progress of your ipod at all times.
Details:
You arrange postage of your iPod (no leads etc) to us in a secure package as not to damage it, clearly labeled with your ebay name and form included.
Postage to us is your choice but we can’t emphasize enough that special delivery is worth the few extra "Dollars because:
a) It is guaranteed to get here quicker, 24 hours in fact
b) It will be insured and, is recorded and they seem to lose a lot of parcels of which we are not accountable for
This is why we use special delivery on return.

To be honest most of this may not apply to you, but has been generated due to the small percentage of time wasters that frequent e-bay so don't take offence please!!
All iPods that leave our workshop have "Void if Removed" stickers on the outside of the ipod that MUST remain intact for the duration of the warranty period (if offered). In the unlikely event that you have a problem and the ipod is returned to us without these stickers or they have been tampered with then we will not honor the warranty, as it suggests that the ipod has been tampered with. We are sorry to have to do this but there are some dis-honest people out there that try to con us. After your warranty period is over then you are free to remove the stickers.
We only except PayPal or Postal Money Order - PLEASE NO CHECKS as you will not get your ipod back until it clears so could be up to 10 days.
*We do not offer a warranty on replacement screens
