Most of the single items I sell are overstock pulls or store returns.  If they are listed, then they are working.  All of these items have been tested.  Since most of these items are in open packaging, or are out of their original packaging, it is likely that all of these items may have minor cosmetic blemishes.

BEFORE YOU BID, PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

1. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET: Seems simple enough.  Whatever is displayed in the picture is what you will receive.  If you only see 1 item in the picture then you will only receive 1 item.

2. TESTED AND WORKING or NEW ITEMS: I have received alot of questions as to why I would say "items have not been tested"  then list some tested as working items.  Here's the deal.  I am a human being.  Sometimes I see something that really interests me, so I test it out.  Most of the time I keep it, hence the disarray of my basement, sometimes I decide to let the item go so I list it honestly as tested as working.  If it's not working when tested I throw it away, I do not knowingly list broken items.  If I list an item as tested and working, I will guarantee that items working condition for 15 days.  Items listed as new, may or may not have been tested, but will be covered by the same 15 day guarentee.

3. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR POOR PERCEPTION:  It is not my problem if you think you see something in the photo then find out it's not there.  If you're not sure what's in the picture then email me and I will do my best to answer your questions.  Which leads us to:

4. GENERAL QUESTIONS ONLY:  I take the picture of the items, then I pack the box.  I will do my best to answer general questions.  If the box is already sealed then I don't usually open it to answer questions.
5. THE NUMBER IN THE PARENTHESIS (example) IS A STOCK NUMBER:  NOT A QUANTITY!!!! These items are packed then the boxes are numbered so that I can easily locate the box at the time of shipping.  So if you see a software grabbox with (222) in the title you will NOT receive 222 pieces.  Hence the afformentioned WYSIWYG statement (see item 1).
6. S&H IS NOT NEGOTIABLE AND CAN NOT BE COMBINED:  My shipping and handling fees cover not just shipping but packing materials, ebay fees, payment fees, and any other assorted fees.  Therefore I do not negotiate on shipping.  Also shipping cannot be combined.  If you win 5 items with $10 S&H each, then you will have to pay $50 S&H.
7. I ONLY SHIP TO THE CONTINENTAL U.S.: There are several reasons for this.  I will only consider international shipping if the item is under 4 lbs. and the buyer contacts me prior to bidding for a quote.
8. NO LOCAL PICKUPS: The store is called  GTSGARAGESALE.COM  because this stuff is literally in my garage.  While I'm sure that most ebayers are fine people, I'm not in the practice of inviting strangers to my home.
9. RETURNS:  Since 90% of my items are sold AS-IS I don't offer returns.  My listings are straight forward, and not even close to misleading.  I will not issue a refund to someone due to poor perception.  As stated earlier, if an item is listed as "tested and works" then I will guarantee it's working condition for 15 days.  If a tested item is found to not work, then I will gladly refund your purchase price less shipping and handling.
10. PAYMENT:Payment must be received within 10 days.  Emails will be sent to confirm payment intentions.  If no response is received to these reminder emails then the item will be relisted and negative feedback left.
11. SHIPPING:  All items are shipped on either the Wednesday or Saturday after the payment is received.  Most items are usually shipped via USPS priority mail, but I reserve the right to choose alternate shipping methods without further notice.  I assume no responsibility for delays, package damage, or loss caused by carrier.  If you are worried about your item being damaged or lost in transit, then be sure to purchase the optional insurance.

It has always been my intention to complete every transaction with honesty.  Due to the amount of items included in each box, coupled with the fact that most of the items are already packaged for shipping, I would only be able to answer very general email questions.  Please feel free to ask questions.
