hey’, I love classic audio,

And I’ve no intention of hiding a known issue, but being that this is

the sale of a vintage piece of equipment for repair,

I must place the dreaded as is application, meaning No Warranty is expressed or implied.

I cannot afford to offer "buyer protection" like that of Wal-Mart or

Best Buys, ...( while offering equipment with an age of 25 to 35 yrs.)

Plus this reasonably protects me from having to take `back a given piece of equipment

because a customer becomes dissatisfied after the sale & has changed their mind’

about the purchase rather than there being an issue with the unit `itself.

This does not diminish the fact that a buyer's satisfaction carries a lot of weight.

And for most of my 7+ years `on the Bay, with fellow ebayers & audio traders,

I've found nothing but integrity.

And with regard to your potential & appreciated bidding, if the fine print gives you 'paws',

I can only try and "put you at ease" by underscoring the fact that we are not `out to

take advantage of our fellow ebay traders.
