Number 7 doesn't light I dont know why (bulb, no crystal?). I don't know much about scanners so i am no help with this item. Channel select button doesn't move but I don't know if it is supposed to. Also it does't seem to be needed as you can set it to scan anyway. Other than that seems to work fine. Volume is also working. As far as crystals I dont know what is in there. I can't open the top cover as the thumb bolt just keeps turning. I dont want to force it open I will let buyer deal with as needed. Comes with 2 telescoping antennas (vhf and uhf) both in good condition, not bent, and appear to be the originals. Comes with the power cord also. Measures about 9 X 7.5 X 2.5. This came from a relative of mine who cleaned their garage and I have no idea how many years it was sitting there. So keep in mind it does not look brand new either. Item is being sold as is.
