Ø       You can use the following to purchase your item through our secure online checkout:

Ø      Credit Card: US  Visa, MC, Discover or American Express. We are only able to ship to the billing address of the credit card.

Ø      Paypal: US Confirmed Accounts only. Orders ship directly to the paypal approved address listed on the payment.

Ø       We do NOT accept money orders, personal checks, cashier checks, etc. No exceptions.

Ø       All credit card payments are required to have he same billing and shipping address. All orders are automatically shipped to your billing address.

Ø       All paypal payments are shipped to the paypal approved address listed on the payment. You will need to go to paypal directly and verify or confirm any shipping address prior to making payment.

Ø       All payments must be made within 7 days of auction end time through our secure online checkout. We cannot take payments by phone.

Ø       Because we only ship to the billing address of the cardholder, we cannot accept orders with an APO/FPO or PO Box billing address.

Shipping

Ø       Shipping costs are posted directly in the auction ad or there is a shipping calculator in the ad to determine your shipping cost and options.

Ø       Orders are shipped directly to the address listed on the payment. Shipping fees for any undeliverable packages or package recovery as well as re-shipment charges are the buyers responsibility.

Ø       All orders are shipped via UPS within 2-3  business days after payment. Our business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.

Ø       Shipping Restrictions:

Ø       Alaska & Hawaii - No Ground Shipping, Check Rates for Air Shipping Prior to Bidding

Ø       We are unable to ship: PO Box, APO/FPO Addresses, US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.)

If you are planning on combining your items, please make sure that you wait until ALL auctions have ended before you visit the checkout. Ø       All of our items include a 15 day return policy unless otherwise indicated in the item description. Please contact our customer service department at service@wbdeals.com for instructions on returning or exchanging your item.

Ø       A Return Request Form MUST be completed on our company website before any return or exchange will be accepted. Returned packages received without approval will not be accepted. Please email our customer service department at service@wbdeals.com for the Return Request Form.

Ø       We currently do not allow for walk in returns or exchanges at our location.

Ø       Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
